Yes. The cashier interface can be switched between Arabic and English anytime from Settings. Product names and printed receipts follow whichever languages your branch is configured with in the backend.

Basic covers a single-branch cashier flow. Pro adds delivery, pickup, pending invoices, inventory, and reports. Enterprise adds an online order page, advanced permissions, priority support, and custom onboarding.

At the start of a shift, open the register with your starting cash amount. At the end, close it by entering the counted cash — the system shows total sales and expenses for that session so you can reconcile the drawer.

Use the Lounge service to pick a table, start or edit an open order, and pay when the guests are ready — each table shows whether it currently has an open order.

Delivery and pickup orders that are not paid yet. Cashiers can complete payment or edit and pay from the Pending Invoices service.

Yes. Connect a local print agent and select a printer in settings to print receipts after checkout.

Yes. Turn on "Auto-save invoice as PDF" in Settings and set a save folder — every completed sale saves a PDF copy there automatically, alongside or instead of a paper receipt.

Sales, quantity (product movement), invoices, employee sales, and cash fund reports — all filterable by date range, order type, and payment method, with PDF export for any report.

Add categories and products, assign each category to a kitchen so tickets route to the right printer, and build customization templates (like size or toppings) with minimum/maximum selections and per-option pricing.

On Pro and Enterprise plans, yes — track materials and stock levels, record supplier purchases, log damaged stock, and link ingredients to products so stock deducts automatically as items sell.

Yes. Record expenses against categories you define, and they factor into the cash fund report for each session.

Yes. Create users per branch, assign a job type, and enable only the services each user needs — you can also link a user to other branches in the same store.
